HYBRID TRAINING
The goal of hybrid training:
To build both strength and endurance simultaneously, creating a well-rounded athlete who is strong, fit, and has good stamina.

Hybrid Games
Take on 9 runs, 9 intense stations, and an epic 200m sprint finish in a full-throttle fitness challenge like no other.

Deadly Dozen
The Deadly Dozen is a hybrid fitness competition that combines 12 consecutive 400-meter runs with 12 different exercise stations (called "Labours"). The sequence is a "run-work-run" model, meaning participants complete a run, then an exercise, then another run, and so on, repeating the 12-station cycle. The goal is to finish the entire event as quickly as possible.

The Gauntlet
The Gauntlet is a fitness race that tests participants' strength, endurance, and cardio through a functional fitness course. It combines challenges like cardio machines, bodyweight movements, strength exercises, and often includes hurdles. Competitors can participate individually or in pairs, with various divisions available for different fitness levels and ages.
